Implementation Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Representative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the implementation process for assigned clients
• Collaborate with the Project Designer to configure software solutions based on client requirements
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in software implementation or related domains
• Proficiency in using project management tools and software
• Prior experience in the HR, payroll, or tax compliance industry is a plus
• Professional certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus
