Implementation Science Specialist

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Implementation Science Specialist, the candidate will lead healthcare improvement initiatives within a designated Business Unit, focusing on strategy, execution, and the application of implementation science to enhance healthcare delivery and outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the HCI Lead for an assigned Business Unit, managing the strategy and execution of healthcare improvement initiatives
• Advise on the application of implementation science frameworks and methods to enhance the effectiveness of healthcare initiatives
• Support the dissemination of findings and ensure initiatives are designed for sustainability and scalability

Required qualifications

• PhD, MS, or advanced degree in implementation science, health services research, public health, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in implementation science or health services research
• Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives with internal and external stakeholders
• Experience in applying implementation science methodologies in real-world healthcare settings
• Familiarity with healthcare improvement and quality improvement methodologies
