Implementation Scientist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Scientist to onboard new organizations onto their genomic analysis platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard new customers using the MaxCare Program methodology
• Project manage activities to ensure successful execution and integration of the genomic analysis platform
• Provide onboarding support and technical training throughout the customer-defined NGS workflow

Required Qualifications

• BSc, MSc, or PhD in Genetics, Molecular Biology, Oncology, or a related field
• Direct experience with Next-Generation Sequencing, library preparation, and bioinformatics
• Logical, process-focused, and detail-oriented approach to project management
• Previous experience in a Commercial Technical support role in Genomics is highly valuable
• Ability to coordinate with technical and executive stakeholders at all levels
