Implementation Services Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation & Professional Services Partner to lead customer onboarding and go-live delivery for background screening solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customer implementations from kickoff through stabilization, primarily for Latin America customers
• Design and manage client-centric project plans, including milestones, dependencies, and risks
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery across various teams and support customer readiness through training and go-live assistance

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in implementations, professional services, onboarding, or project management
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent customer-facing implementations
• Experience delivering structured implementations using standard project management methodologies
• Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, and English
• Comfort with hands-on system configuration, testing, and validation
