Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementations Services Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive new customer onboardings and expansion implementations end-to-end
• Utilize AI-driven tools to automate processes and enhance solution design
• Act as a trusted advisor to understand and solve business problems proactively

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years in software implementations, consulting, or project management
• 2+ years of experience in the GRC industry or related fields
• Strong interest in AI and proficiency with generative AI tools
• Ability to manage multiple large projects simultaneously
• Advanced technical knowledge in Excel or similar products
