Implementation Services Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a proactive Implementation Services Manager, this full-time remote position will manage end-to-end customer onboardings and expansion implementations, leveraging AI-driven solutions to enhance GRC strategies while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Drive new customer onboardings and expansion implementations within a Pod-based structure
• Utilize LogicGate's AI-driven assistant to automate tasks and focus on high-value solution design
• Proactively solve upstream business problems to enhance customer experience and reduce churn

Required qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in software implementations, consulting, or project management, preferably in a SaaS environment
• 2+ years of experience in the GRC industry or related fields
• Strong interest in AI and proficiency with generative AI tools
• Ability to manage multiple large projects simultaneously while engaging with executive-level stakeholders
• Advanced technical knowledge in Excel or similar products, with a quick learning ability for "no-code" platforms
