Implementation Services Manager

Job Summary

Managing a team of Implementation Consultants, the full-time remote Manager of Implementation Services will oversee client onboarding, ensuring efficient delivery of product implementations while maintaining high customer satisfaction and streamlining workflows for faster value realization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the implementation services team, including hiring, training, and performance reviews
• Own the delivery of multiple client implementations, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and quality standards
• Develop and enforce standardized implementation processes and best practices to enhance efficiency and customer outcomes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
• 1 - 3 years of software implementation or consultation experience
• Strong ERP product knowledge and experience preferred
• Ability to present complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences
• Experience in the Lumber, Building Materials, and Hardware industry is preferred
