Implementation Services VP

Job Summary

To build and scale a dedicated Implementation Services function, the full-time remote Implementation Services VP will manage complex customer projects, oversee implementation timelines, and design systems and processes to enhance service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Own project management and hands-on implementations for strategic customer projects across various financial sectors
• Establish a dedicated implementation team and build out processes, methodologies, and tools from the ground up
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely delivery of product dependencies and manage customer expectations throughout the implementation process

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in project management with a focus on complex enterprise-grade implementations in financial services or fintech
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project management certification
• Direct experience with onboarding regulated financial institutions and understanding compliance and risk considerations
• Proven track record of building and scaling implementation or professional services functions globally
• Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to influence product and engineering roadmaps
