Implementation Solution Architect

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Director, Implementation Solution Architect will serve as the critical bridge between Sales and Implementation, ensuring technical soundness and clarity in project scope while authoring Statements of Work and facilitating client requirements gathering.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to conduct discovery sessions, capturing functional and technical requirements from clients
• Author detailed Statements of Work that define project scope, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring alignment with client expectations
• Act as a liaison between Sales, Implementation, and Product teams during the pre-delivery phase to ensure smooth project handoff

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in solutions architecture, technical pre-sales, or implementation consulting, ideally in SaaS or PropTech
• Proven experience writing Statements of Work or similar scoping documents in a client-facing context
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
• Hands-on experience with REST API integrations and data migration projects
• Familiarity with AI-powered platforms and workflows, with the ability to set realistic client expectations
