Implementation Solutions Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Solutions Manager to ensure the smooth execution and delivery of SaaS Implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive internal support to the implementation leadership team and act as a liaison between various departments
• Analyze data and identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance the effectiveness of the Implementation Team
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to address issues and ensure a cohesive approach throughout the customer lifecycle

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 2 years of software implementation and project management experience
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience within a customer service focused organization
• Project management certification and lean six sigma experience preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Programs and experience using reporting and metrics
