Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

Managing all aspects of the implementation process for new accounts, the full-time remote Implementation Specialist will build relationships with stakeholders, coordinate training sessions, and ensure successful adoption of software solutions for MEP Contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation process for new accounts, ensuring alignment with customer goals
• Develop product knowledge and communicate the value of solutions to stakeholders
• Coordinate training sessions and problem-solving efforts to facilitate user adoption and success

Required qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in onboarding, implementation, customer success, or account management in a SaaS environment
• Strong technical acumen relevant to the implementation of SaaS products and services
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with varying complexity
• Experience in technical writing and creating client-facing documentation
• Familiarity with ChurnZero is a plus
