Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

An organization is seeking an Implementation Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• System setup, data loading, report building, and data mapping for all implementation projects
• Assist Project Manager with customer calls and meetings for support and project review if necessary
• Identify configuration problems, research alternatives, and configure and deploy enterprise applications and business processes

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years in the Hotel Industry or Hotel SaaS preferred, Customer Service or similar experience
• Strong organization and time management skills to handle multiple implementations simultaneously
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team, with a curious and eager-to-learn attitude
• Ability to triage work queue and prioritize accordingly
• Strong communication skills
