Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Taking assigned Service Orders, setting up initial meetings with customers, and creating delivery schedules
• Setting up applications, onboarding customer data, and leading migration processes
• Creating and maintaining documentation, including knowledge-based articles and installation guidelines

Required Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in software implementation
• Experience setting up Oracle products
• Project management skills
• Analytical thinking skills
• Bachelor's degree preferred
