Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in customer onboarding, training, or project coordination, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
• Strong presentation skills with experience in leading training sessions
• Ability to manage multiple projects or timelines simultaneously
• Experience working with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders
• Familiarity with healthcare technology platforms or imaging workflows is a plus
