Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist for a 6-month contract.

Key Responsibilities

Perform onboarding tasks including installation, configuration, system calibration, validation, and end-user training
Provide technical support, including training, software upgrades, and issue resolution
Contribute to internal projects aimed at improving collaboration and creating marketing or product help materials

Required Qualifications

2-4 years of experience in a customer-facing role
1-3 years of experience in a technical support role
Advanced knowledge of Windows, Office, remote control applications, and hardware
Experience in installing and managing applications on servers
Ability to work in CET or EST timezone with flexibility for other time zones
