Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of effective teaching and administrative experience, particularly in classroom management and family engagement
• Comfortable using ClassDojo and can share firsthand experiences from a school setting
• Experience delivering professional development sessions for educators
• Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone for various audiences
• Demonstrates ownership of performance with accountability and follow-through on commitments
