Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist to join their remote team.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze client questions and concerns, escalating issues as needed to ensure client satisfaction
• Provide client support services through timely responses to calls and emails
• Coordinate project onboarding/setup and maintain documentation for payroll forms

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 2+ years of customer service experience
• 1+ years of experience in software implementation or project onboarding
• Experience supporting accounting or business operations software is a plus
• Knowledge of production workflows and accounting basics is advantageous
