Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist - (Remote - US).

Key Responsibilities

Conduct client training and workflow analysis for Go-Live events
Investigate and resolve client issues during implementation and optimize workflows post-go-live
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and client satisfaction

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field
3-5 years of experience in the Healthcare IT industry, specifically in software implementation
Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence behavior
Knowledge of or experience in one of the core medical specialties
Understanding of HIPAA and PHI regulations
