Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation/Onboarding Specialist to guide customers through the onboarding process for their software platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead customers through the setup and implementation of the software
  • Conduct training sessions and develop training materials tailored to customer needs
  • Act as the primary contact during onboarding, providing support and ensuring customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • Previous experience in customer onboarding, implementation, or training roles (preferred)
  • Proficiency in technology and software platforms; experience with similar tools is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experience
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Demonstrated ability to follow through on tasks and maintain customer relationships
