Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist for a 12+ month contract role.

Key Responsibilities

• Integrate and implement software solutions, hardware, and services for new client accounts
• Train clients on the use of integrated features and company reporting tools
• Document client interactions and provide follow-up support post-implementation

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of implementation experience or equivalent in technical support and client success
• Ability to troubleshoot Windows and Apple-based operating systems
• Understanding of networking technologies including TCP/IP, DNS, and firewalls
• Familiarity with home/business networks and various network technologies
• Knowledge of Terminal Services and their functions/limitations
