Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project plans for client migrations to ensure timely and successful implementations
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality migration services and enhance migration processes
• Engage with clients to gather feedback and implement solutions that enhance the overall customer experience

Required Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or business management, or equivalent
• 1-3 years of experience in client services, project management, training, or consulting
• Demonstrated technical expertise with experience in systems administration, systems support, database administration, or software programming
• Direct experience in the software/services solutions market, preferably within the real estate industry
• Familiarity with change management principles and processes
