Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist to onboard clients using best practices and ensure successful product transitions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead client transitions from existing systems to the product suite while ensuring smooth conversions
  • Act as the primary contact during the implementation process, addressing client needs and concerns
  • Conduct training sessions and establish strong relationships with clients to understand their requirements
Required Qualifications
  • 2 years of prior implementation or training experience
  • Experience in Vendor Management, Business Continuity, Enterprise Risk Management, or Lending Compliance preferred
  • Knowledge of the company's solutions is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web tools for conferencing and training
  • Ability to manage projects independently and meet tight deadlines
