Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist to support customers through onboarding, data migration, and training on their platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the project manager for clients during the onboarding process to maximize product value
• Lead regular meetings with clients, including kick-off, consultative process, and training sessions
• Assist clients in importing data into the platform and facilitate overview sessions to optimize their setup

Required Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in Excel and data management
• Experience in a consultative role with the ability to challenge existing processes
• Familiarity with software onboarding processes
• Experience in the accounting or tax industry is a plus
