Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist to onboard and activate customers through a partnership with Gong.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding for Gong-sourced customers, managing the full lifecycle from introduction to go-live
• Serve as a product expert across various Chili Piper products and guide customers through integration with Gong Engage
• Manage a high-volume implementation pipeline, ensuring customer engagement and fast time-to-value

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Gong Engage, including sequences, tasks, and integration workflows
• Strong knowledge of Chili Piper products such as ChiliCal, Handoff, Concierge, Distro, and Chat AI
• Technical proficiency with Salesforce objects, flows, lead routing, and integrations
• Proven success onboarding customers in post-sales roles, focusing on fast time-to-value
• Strong time-management skills to run multiple implementations concurrently
