Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Lead, Solutions Engineering (global).

Key Responsibilities

• Scope and manage customer onboarding timelines and deliverables
• Serve as the primary Implementation lead during onboarding
• Recreate and configure customer email templates and manage custom fields based on provided data

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Email Ops, Marketing Ops, or SaaS onboarding
• Hands-on experience with email templates and no-code/low-code web builders
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for editing and debugging
• Experience with automations, triggers, and workflows
• Understanding of subscriber data models and CSV hygiene
