Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute end-to-end implementation of solutions for new customers

• Extensive experience in managing and executing implementation and onboarding projects
• Strong understanding of customer needs and ability to tailor implementations accordingly
• Experience with change management processes

• Ability to use metrics and analytics to inform decisions and measure success
