Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist - India (Back-end).

Key Responsibilities

• Support backend implementation and onboarding of customers by configuring accounts and maintaining documentation
• Monitor customer progress, identify risks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely onboarding
• Gather customer feedback to enhance the onboarding process and create training materials tailored to customer needs

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in implementation support, onboarding, technical support, project coordination, or IT consulting
• Strong understanding of compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and HIPAA
• Ability to understand technical configurations and document them clearly
• Self-starter comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
