Key Responsibilities

• Consults and trains customers on software solutions, ensuring understanding of assigned products
• Determines customer needs and recommends appropriate functionality and configurations
• Conducts status meetings to address issues and ensure client go-live readiness

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in training and/or consulting
• Prior project management experience
• Associate's Degree or equivalent knowledge/experience
• Ability to adapt training delivery to various learning styles
• Experience in the automotive or dealership industry preferred
