Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist to join their growing implementation team.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze client questions and concerns, escalating issues as necessary
• Provide client support services through timely responses to calls and emails
• Coordinate project setup and maintain the Payroll Forms document repository

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of customer service experience
• 1+ years of software implementation or project onboarding experience
• Experience supporting accounting or business operations software
• Knowledge of production workflows and accounting basics is a plus
