Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute end-to-end implementations for mid-market and smaller enterprise customers
• Develop and execute implementation plans to ensure a positive customer experience
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on project progress and customer needs

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience in leading implementation and onboarding projects in B2B SaaS environments
• Technical proficiency with complex, multi-module SaaS systems
• Experience in change management processes
• Ability to advise customers on best practices for software usage
• Strong capability in data-driven decision making
