Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist to manage client onboarding and ensure successful product adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client transitions to the product suite, ensuring smooth conversions and effective change management
• Serve as the primary client contact and subject matter expert, building strong relationships and managing expectations
• Conduct training sessions and provide consultative guidance to meet client needs and implementation goals

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of prior implementation or training experience required
• Experience in Vendor Management, Business Continuity, Enterprise Risk Management, or Lending Compliance preferred
• Knowledge of the company's solutions is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and web conferencing tools
• Ability to manage project completion under tight deadlines
