Job Summary
A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist (Entry-Level) to manage customer onboarding and training.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer implementations from kickoff to go-live, including timelines and stakeholder coordination
- Configure customer workflows and implement referral workflows to match clinic operations
- Lead Zoom-based training sessions and document implementation needs for internal communication
Required Qualifications
- Prior customer-facing experience is a plus, but exceptional new graduates are welcome
- Strong ownership and follow-through in driving implementations to successful outcomes
- Experience in onboarding or training users is a bonus
- Familiarity with healthcare workflows or technical concepts is advantageous but not required
- A proactive and detail-oriented mindset is essential for success in this role
