Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist to manage and deliver seamless implementations for various solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client projects to implement or enhance Employer Services solutions by defining business requirements and project charters
• Manage project plans, documentation, milestones, and status communications to partners and leadership
• Coordinate with teams, client SMEs, and vendors to drive progress, resolve issues, and escalate risks as needed

Required Qualifications

• 4 years' experience in Implementation, Professional Services, or Consulting managing multiple complex projects
• Experience with client data files and API-based integrations
• Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and changing client needs
• Ownership of work and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
• Ideal experience includes WOTC, UCM, and/or Employment Verification services
