Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Support Specialist, Implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the onboarding process for a dedicated book of business, ensuring timely and high-quality go-live
  • Lead live trainings and guide customers through platform setup and third-party integrations
  • Document progress and track performance against onboarding KPIs in Salesforce
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years in onboarding, implementation, customer success, support, or similar roles
  • Experience with technical setups or integrations, preferably in SaaS, ad tech, or martech
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Customer-first mindset with a strong sense of ownership and urgency
  • Technical aptitude with the ability to simplify complex concepts for customers
