Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lender Development - Implementation Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation process for new lender onboarding projects
• Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely and quality lender launches
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment among internal stakeholders to execute implementation tasks

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project management, implementation, or client onboarding, preferably in financial services
• Experience managing complex projects with external stakeholders and tight deadlines
• Strong understanding of system implementation, API integration, and data migration
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
• Familiarity with consumer auto loans or related financial products is a plus
