Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist-Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client projects to implement or enhance Employer Services solutions, defining business requirements and project charters
• Manage project plans, documentation, milestones, and status communications to partners and leadership
• Coordinate with teams, client SMEs, and vendors to drive progress, resolve issues, and escalate risks as needed

Required Qualifications

• 4 years' experience in Implementation, Professional Services, or Consulting managing multiple complex projects
• Experience with client data files and API-based integrations
• Ability to learn evolving technologies and adapt to changing client needs
• Experience with WOTC, UCM, and/or Employment Verification services is ideal
• Proactive and detail-oriented with a focus on project management
