Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist to onboard new merchant customers on payment processing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct welcome calls and setup processes with new merchants
• Educate merchants on using payment processing equipment and software
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues as needed

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in merchant services technical support is strongly preferred
• Basic knowledge of credit card processing terminal/software types
• Ability to multi-task and remain composed under pressure
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
