Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate, Implementation Specialist to manage the delivery of Group Benefit Solutions product implementations for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Owns the full lifecycle of assigned implementations, ensuring timely and accurate execution
• Serves as the primary point of contact for clients, providing guidance on plan design and administrative workflows
• Manages multiple concurrent implementations while identifying risks and driving resolutions

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in insurance, benefits, or a related industry
• 1-2 years of client-facing or customer-facing experience preferred
• Working knowledge of one or more Group Benefit products
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines
