Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate, Implementation Specialist to manage the delivery of Group Benefit Solutions product implementations for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Owns the full lifecycle of assigned implementations, ensuring timely and accurate execution
- Serves as the primary point of contact for clients, providing guidance on plan design and administrative workflows
- Manages multiple concurrent implementations while identifying risks and driving resolutions
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in insurance, benefits, or a related industry
- 1-2 years of client-facing or customer-facing experience preferred
- Working knowledge of one or more Group Benefit products
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines
