A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist who will extract data from client documentation for system configuration and ensure accurate payments.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and interpret global client documentation related to payable activities
• Identify quality risks and areas for improvement to enhance client, site, and patient experiences
• Collaborate with business partners to verify interpretations and adhere to internal and client-driven standards

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or CRO industry with a focus on contract management preferred
• Ability to analyze clinical trial financial documents and identify payable activities
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with high volume demands
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
