Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist responsible for managing client inquiries and ensuring successful software implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Accelerate software adoption and reduce client churn by managing implementation expectations
• Act as the primary contact for clients, handling inquiries through various communication channels
• Assist with technical account setup and proactively monitor client activity for necessary outreach

Required Qualifications

• AA/AS degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• 2+ years of SaaS Point of Sale Support or Implementation experience
• 1+ years of salon software experience preferred
• Experience in the beauty industry is a plus but not mandatory
• Familiarity with SaaS applications such as Gainsight, Salesforce, or Skilljar
