Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist to support the implementation of an automated client system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and configure automation workflows using tools like HubSpot, Zapier, and Stripe
• Implement multi-step workflows and ensure seamless communication between platforms
• Conduct rigorous testing of automated processes and provide documentation and training for adoption

Required Qualifications:

• Extensive experience with Zapier, including advanced workflows and scripting using JavaScript or Python
• Strong expertise in configuring HubSpot workflows and managing custom objects
• Proficiency in Stripe Billing, including subscription management and automated payment processes
• Solid understanding of API integrations, webhooks, and data payloads
• Proven track record of executing complex automation projects in global environments
