Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist to drive customer outcomes and manage stakeholder relationships in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure customers view the company as an indispensable partner and facilitate their continued relationship
• Own and execute projects for new and existing customers, maintaining timelines and stakeholder alignment
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with customer stakeholders and contribute to a scalable deployment playbook

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, implementation, or customer success
• Ability to thrive in early-stage startup environments with a high level of ambiguity
• Solid technical acumen and comfort with technical systems
• Experience with SQL, Excel, or similar tools is a strong plus
• Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
