Key Responsibilities
- Deploy agentic workflows and configure orchestration logic and integrations
- Develop and refine implementation patterns and support transitions to general availability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product capabilities and customer value
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years in technical SaaS implementation or related fields
- Experience with Martech, RevTech, CCaaS, or workflow automation platforms
- Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and event-driven systems
- Experience debugging multi-system integrations or distributed workflows
- Experience in customer-facing technical roles within enterprise or mid-market SaaS environments
