Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist, US.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute the onboarding implementation of mobile technology into clients' applications and tech stacks
• Lead technical workshops with customers' engineering, marketing, and product teams on integration processes
• Manage project plans and deliver technical services throughout the customer lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or comparable experience
• Experience in project management
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously
• Experience pulling and manipulating data using SQL
• 0-2 years experience in Mobile and/or SaaS industries, ideally in a customer-facing role
