Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist to lead the onboarding and implementation of new employer clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple new client implementations and program expansions while ensuring an exceptional client experience
• Create and adapt project plans in real-time, maintain project documentation, and conduct implementation meetings
• Coordinate technical and operational setup, manage key implementation activities, and identify opportunities for workflow improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 2+ years of Implementation or Client Services experience
• Strong project management skills with a detail-oriented approach
• Comfort with emerging technology and a curiosity about AI and digital tools
• Ability to translate client needs to internal stakeholders and communicate effectively
• Experience with eligibility files, benefit configuration, or data integrations is a plus
