Job Summary

A company is looking for a High Touch Implementation Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute end-to-end implementation of solutions for mid-market and smaller enterprise customers
• Develop and execute implementation plans to ensure a positive customer experience and expedited time to value
• Advise customers on best practices to ensure optimal value from the software

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience in leading implementation and onboarding projects in high growth B2B SaaS environments
• Technical proficiency with complex, multi-module SaaS systems
• Experience in change management processes to help customers adapt to new systems
• Ability to build strong customer relationships through high levels of engagement and communication
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration with various stakeholders
