Job Summary
A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist to guide customers through onboarding and platform adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new customers, delivering a high-touch onboarding experience
- Lead live training sessions and guide customers through setup and configuration
- Create and maintain onboarding resources while monitoring customer success and progress
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer onboarding, implementation, or customer-facing SaaS roles
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Experience with CRM tools and onboarding workflows
- Familiarity with APIs, integrations, or data mapping is a plus
