Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist to guide customers through onboarding and platform adoption.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new customers, delivering a high-touch onboarding experience
  • Lead live training sessions and guide customers through setup and configuration
  • Create and maintain onboarding resources while monitoring customer success and progress
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in customer onboarding, implementation, or customer-facing SaaS roles
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
  • Experience with CRM tools and onboarding workflows
  • Familiarity with APIs, integrations, or data mapping is a plus
