Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist responsible for supporting the implementation of software, hardware, and labor solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of software, hardware, and labor solutions across all verticals
• Provide excellent customer service to clients regarding implementation inquiries
• Document and maintain accurate records of implementation transactions

Qualifications & Requirements

• Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or relevant fields
• Required: 3-5 years of experience in implementation consulting or operational leadership
• Preferred: Experience with project management and customer relationship management
• Preferred: Six Sigma Certification
• Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater and to perform physical tasks as needed
