Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end implementation projects for small to mid-sized accounts, ensuring timely completion of deliverables
• Facilitate onboarding sessions and provide guidance on best practices for workflow setup
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer transitions and capture valuable feedback

Required Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Implementations
• Experience with end-to-end technical implementations
• Ability to manage multiple customer projects simultaneously
• Experience in customer-facing roles, including facilitating meetings and training sessions
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on data integrity during migrations
