Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist to oversee customer service enablement and implementation processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage technical implementation and deployment of services, including web filtering and safety management
  • Coordinate and manage multiple concurrent implementation projects to ensure timely completion
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the implementation process and monitor post-implementation success
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in implementation
  • Strong understanding of Google Workspace and Microsoft O365 Administration
  • Experience with deploying Agents/Extensions and multiple MDMs preferred
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a remote work environment
