Job Summary
A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist to oversee customer service enablement and implementation processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage technical implementation and deployment of services, including web filtering and safety management
- Coordinate and manage multiple concurrent implementation projects to ensure timely completion
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the implementation process and monitor post-implementation success
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in implementation
- Strong understanding of Google Workspace and Microsoft O365 Administration
- Experience with deploying Agents/Extensions and multiple MDMs preferred
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a remote work environment
